DOES EACH PERSON ON A RELAY PICK UP A PACKET? OR DOES THE TEAM CAPTAIN PICK UP?

You may all visit the expo as a team to shop and get group photos, but one person will pick up the relay team’s packets. Make sure you know the sizes for all of your team members to pick up their swag as well.
