Run United! program offers free entries to sold out races.

Missed your opportunity to register? Now’s your chance.

The Williams Route 66 Marathon recently reached its maximum registrations in both the marathon and half marathon races. Those who did not register in time now have one more chance to get in, through the Run United! program. This is your special opportunity to fundraise your way into the Williams Route 66 Marathon, presented by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma.

Starting today, unregistered individuals can work their way into the top three fundraising positions. All three people will win a free registration into the race of their choosing – including the sold out marathon and half marathon.

Follow these simple steps to set-up your fundraising page:

  1. Click here and select the option to “Create a Fundraising Page Only.”
  2. Fundraise! Use our fundraising resources as a guide. The cutoff date is midnight on Nov 11.
  3. The top three fundraisers will be notified on Nov. 12.

By raising funds, you will become a part of the Run United! campaign, supporting the Tulsa Area United Way‘s 61 partner agencies provide much-needed services to more than 600,000 people in the Tulsa region. The Run United! campaign aligns with the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma Corporate Challenge that is new in the 2012 Williams Route 66 Marathon. Through the corporate challenge, companies can compete while fundraising for the Tulsa Area United Way.
