Organizers of the Williams Route 66 Marathon will reveal the new family of medals for the 2011 Williams Route 66 Marathon family of events including the Quarter Marathon happening Saturday, Oct. 15.
The reveal will take place on Monday, Aug. 29 at noon CST on facebook. To view the medals, individuals must be fans of the Route 66 Marathon’s facebook page accessible here or by going to www.facebook.com/route66marathon. Once on the page, fans will see a link with a password granting them access to the medal reveal page.
The Williams Route 66 Marathon has a tradition of producing award-winning medals inspired by memorabilia from the historic highway.
