Anxious to see what this year’s medal is going to look like? “Like” us on Facebook to be the first to know when we unveil the new medal design for the 2011 Williams Route 66 Marathon family of races.
We are fine-tuning the 2011 designs and will announce the official reveal date to our Facebook fans first so you will know when to log on to see what Route 66-inspired design will be hanging around your neck after you cross the finish line.
The family of medals will include the marathon, half-marathon, marathon relay, “my first marathon,” and new this year – special medals for members of the 50-States Marathon Club and Marathon Maniacs.
Also returning this year is the kid’s medal, provided by St. John Health System, for any kid aged 17 and under who completes the 5K or fun run.
